We were interested in buying a home in Bloomington for our personal use and as a short-term rental/Airbnb. We had no experience with the rental market and knew it wasn't practical for us to manage it living over an hour from Bloomington. Our real estate agent introduced us to Cyndi and we knew after one short phone call that she was the property manager and host we needed. She has years of experience in the short-term rental market, is extremely thorough, and is dedicated to making our house a good investment. She has made this endeavor a breeze for us. After only 6 months of working together, we trust her implicitly and are able to be very hands-off. Cyndi is an extraordinary property manager in every aspect of the job. She treats each home as if it were her own; is attentive to guests before, during, and after their stay; and she is an excellent communicator. Commissions and fees are transparent and reasonable. We moved into the house she was managing for us, but we plan to have a local short-term rental property in the future, and Cyndi will definitely be our go-to manager again when the time comes. My wife and I have no experience with house rentals. We are so fortunate to have found Cyndi. She has provided exemplary service. She was able to draw on her many years of experience to enable us to prepare our house. She pays attention to details that we certainly would have missed.
